Suggest a title

We love to hear your suggestions. You can also tell your acquisition proposals to the library staff in person. All titles cannot be acquired to the library collections due to copyrights of e.g. DVD and Blu-ray movies and e-books. Before sending a suggestion, please check that the title you are about to suggest is not a part of the library collection by using the OUTI Web Library catalogue search.

Please send the suggestions for eLibrary titles, such as e-books, to the Oulu City Library.

We are unable to notify you whether we end up acquiring the suggested titles or not. You can place a hold on the title when it comes available on the web library. Please note that the acquisition process can take up to several months, depending on the title.
